- Completed enrollment form
- Proof of child's birthdate (Birth Certificate or PSA)
- Two 2x2 prints of child
- Medical certificate / health form
- Previous school records (if applicable)
- Parent/guardian valid ID
Additional Documents (if applicable)
- Transfer certificate (from previous school)
- Special needs documentation (if applicable)
- Guardianship documents (if applicable)
- Other school-specific documents (as requested)

Reservation Policy
Important Information
- •Deposit Required: A deposit is required to hold your child's slot. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total tuition fee upon enrollment.
- •Payment Options: Payment methods (GCash, Bank Transfer, or Payment Link) will be shown in your Tuition Kit which you can download after inquiry.
- •Confirmation: Slot reservation is subject to availability confirmation from the school administration.
- •Refund Policy: Deposit refund policies will be provided during reservation. Please inquire for specific terms.
